You probably mean the coronary artery calc (CAC) test. If that was negative, or returned only ver low values, that's good already. Non-invasive, non-imaging methods will not detect soft plaques. What the PWV tells us is the stiffness of the arteries.

One paradoxical finding in master athletes is that their CAC score is often higher than in less active people of the same age, and also their plaque burden is higher. Nevertheless, the athletes' incident rates of infarctions and strokes are way lower than in sedentary people. We don't have a clear answer for this paradoxical finding yet. My personal approach: I do HIIT training 3 times per week and continuous cardio 2 times. With HIIIt I go to the limit. My arterial age is about 10 years below my calendar age.
