You are spot-on, Alina. The so-called senolytics have become a hot research item. But I have to temper your expectations a little. Cellular senescence is not all bad. Inflamed cells, cells that are about to turn cancerous, and wound healing are all processes that require a senescence-promoting process. Knock that process out, and you'll face a lot of unpredictable consequences. But I'm sure, we'll learn a lot over the next 2 decades.
