You are doing absolutely fine, Carolyne. Admirably fine, actually, because, as you mentioned earlier, you are constitutionally skinny, the weights you are working with are impressive. And no, John does his 100 in sets of 10, at least that's his aim, if I recall correctly. Also thanks for sharing your routine and particularly how you deal with the motivational issues. They crop up for everyone, I believe.

My recipe is "same time, every day". My wife and I get up at 05:00, we are in the gym by 06:00. That has become such a routine, that we don't even need an alarm clock anymore.

The most enjoyable part of the routine: the shower and breakfast thereafter.
