Yes, it is typically lead (Pb) and cadmium (Cd). I'm possibly unaware of any latest findings, so if you could point me to your source, I'd be very interested. As far as Cocoa products in the US are concerned, the latest analysis that I know of is from 2018. While cocoa powder had the highest concentration, the contamination with both heavy metals was below the safe levels set by the FDA.
