That’s what I’m beginning to identify as ultrapowerful Kylie style.

I couldn’t quite understand why I felt as stirred as I did when I read it. Which is why I didn’t comment. But now, in the middle of the night, lying awake beside my soundly sleeping wife, it suddenly hit me. It’s the same pain and desperation I’d feel if she, the sweetest part of me, were suddenly no more. It’s the type of separation that she or I will have to endure ultimately. Now you have given me the words to describe its collateral pain.

If that short story is a glimpse into your book, I’m sure you’ll have a roaring success in your August literary meeting. At least, I know that I'm keeping my fingers crossed for the well deserving talent and author that you have shown to be.
