That's meant in a rhetorical way. In my line of work you come across many people who are very quick with excuses for not doing exercise, or for not having the time to exercise. I rarely ever accept that reason. Among my friends are many who have demanding jobs but still find the time to follow equally demanding exercise routines. One is the CEO of a small company he founded and built, his exercise routine consists of 16 hours training per week. Another is a cardiologist with double duty as university teacher. For him no day goes by without exercise. But guess how many hours they spent watching TV or TikTok? None. That's what I meant.
