That's interesting, Roland. I never tried to switch to decaf, but I imagine that's not a problem as long as one is not hung up on the caffeine. The total abstinence from wine would take a lot more effort from me. What's the sugar for you would be the meat for me. I can abstain for a day, even two, but by the third day, I'm getting cranky and can't find satiety in anything else than meat.

The zero result in the YFAS is not much of a surprise. It takes a lot of positive answers to fall into any of the three addiction levels.
