That's again an eye opener, Dr Barkan. Makes me happy to live in Europe. The only place that was even closer to natural foods was Southeast Asia. The wet markets are an incredible source of fresh produce. Which brings me to another aspect. If people were to prepare their meals from fresh produce and meat, they could dramatically reduce their exposure to all those additives in packaged and convenience foods. So it's partly a matter of choice, too.
