That's absolutely right, Alex: "The other way to improve your health is moving and exercising the body, and having fun".

I often mention that food is only half of the equation for healthy longevity. Exercise is the other half. And since I'm mathematically challenged 🤓, I'd say the third half is sleep, stress, mental groundedness etc.
