That sounds pretty good to me. If HDL was >60 mg/dL, and CAC below 99, your husband is in deep-green territory.

BTW: you probably noticed that I frequently talk about pulse wave velocity in my posts. When your husband sees his doctor the next time, maybe he can ask for baPWV test. Most doctors (should) have the equipment to do that. Or if you want to measure it at home regularly, there is this Withings bodycario scale (I'm also using it and recommend my clients to use it, too). It measures PWV whiel taking your weight. Here in EU it costs about 150 Euros. But don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to sell you something. It's just a thought.
