It is interesting for me to learn that Citrulline worked so well for you. I, too, am using it, not so much for blood pressure but to feed the arginine-NO cycle that contributes to a relaxation of the blood vessels, which, of course, has a blood pressure lowering effect, too. May I ask, how much citrulline you take per day, in one dose or more, and when?
