With respect to Citrulline: whan do your reading, you might come across recommendations to supplement with arginine (both citrulline and arginine are part of the same pathway). What many recommenders do not take into consideration is that the bioavailability of oral arginine is very low. That's why citrulline is the better option. I take it myself.
