Thanks, Ted, for your kind appreciation. Yes, what you observed makes absolute sense. It's why I mentioned that these trackers (retrospectively, I wonder why I didn't mention Apple. For an Apple-only user that's almost unforgivable 😅) are probably rather useful in tracking longitudinal changes. And, yes, resting heart rate is correlated with fitness.
