Thanks so much for pointing out that error. Yes, flaxseed oil made its way accidentally twice into the list. I corrected it.

And, yes, my wife takes exactly the same quantity, which is amazing, considering that she is a 150 cm, 44 kg petite. But she has a 90-minute intensive workout preceding that breakfast (still amazing, though). We also have our last meal of the day (a late lunch) between 15:00 and 16:00. So there is quite a stretch of intermittent fasting prior to that meal.
