Thanks, Rebecca, for sharing your experience and frustration. Indeed, HBPM, if done correctly, could be such an enlightening tool. Imagine, even I get higher readings at the office (fortunately , that is a rare event), because I'm annoyed at the way it is done. But there is a reason why that happens: doctors have simply not enough time to adhere to the recommendations. Or at least, they feel they don't have the time.
