If you download the Excel spreadsheet, you'll find the accuracy numbers for Cologuard under the "sDNA Test" header (the last of 6 tests on the first sheet). The sensitivity is 42.5%, which makes it the most sensitive test, but the specificity is relatively low (86.3%). Hence, the overall accuracy is only 83% at a PPV of 22%.
