Thanks, Mark, for your appreciation and insights. I came to R-HIIT for the funny reason that I'm a so-called hard gainer. No matter how much I amp up the volume or resistance, I don't get the bulk that would fit my Harley far better than my current fram.

But I found a way of bulking up a little better with a special R-HIIT regime that is a blend of dynamic reps that end in a 10-second isometric hold, followed by 10-s break before repeat. I do that for 12-15 minutes consecutively for every muscle I train. And, lo and behold, I'm seeing some progress. Still no match for the HD but it motivates 😎
