Thanks for your words of appreciation, Rick. I can imagine it's difficult to kick a habit that is so engrained like yours. I similarly had a prefernce for coffee with sugar and cream. But then I started to have the first cup without sugar, and I told myself that I can have the second cup with sugar. It took me a while, but now I don't touch coffee with sugar and cream anymore. These two mask the actually enjoyable taste of a good coffee, or better still, espresso, too much.
