Thanks for your thoughts. The mushroom "trick" is indeed rarely discussed, but as you can see from Vic Cherikov's comment, not totally forgotten. As you correctly point out, there is no point in checking the Vit-D contents of your food items, the far better way is to get your blood checked once in a while.
