Thanks for your thoughts and observations, Kylie. Sleep is a problem for me, too. I can't remember when I slept through a night the last time. My recipe: instead of lying in bed awake, I get up and work for 1-2 hours. That tires me enough to fall back to sleep afterward. Curiously, somewhere I have read that these "intermittent sleep" habits were quite common in medieval times. But I'm unsure whether that's made-up or really was the case. I'll check it out.
