The weighing of the risk is a subjective issue. Gastrointestinal bleeding or other major internal bleeding can be a life-threatening condition, too. On the other hand, CVD events, such as stable anginal pain, are not immediately life-threatening. Neitehr consideration would affect the individual risk calculator, as these are developed for estimating their respective event risks without consideration of "weighing the severity" against each other.
