Thanks for your thoughtful comment. I fully agree, with a small exception. Meat itself is hardly toxic, it is its preparation that may make it harmful, depending on one's level of exposure to it. Though I have been brought up in the land of sausages (Germany) on a liberal diet of sausages, I now avoid them, except for rare treats, of course. I stick to unprocessed meat, which I quite frankly couldnÄt do without.
