Yeah, I didn't mention the lemon juice, of which I add one tablespoon. The coffee grounds are an on-and-off ingredient; that is, I don't add it every day. But that's just a personal thing. adding one or two teaspoons is definitely enough (one teaspoon per person). I buy the beet juice. But if you want to juice your own beets, that's perfectly fine. I make sure the store-bought juice does not add sugar, or at least very little.
