Thanks for sharing your thoughts and your personal experience. And congrats to being one of the few successful weight maintainers. It takes discipline, no doubt. If I ate as much as I'd like to, I'd have weight issues, too. Permanent vigilance is required, but I also don't deny myself the occasional treat if you consider weekends occasional. After all, it is more important what you eat between Monday and Friday than between Friday and Monday (with some common sense, of course).
