Thanks for sharing your story, Marge. I'm with you on the fear of dementia. Funny thing, though, all the things you do (eating well and exercising) also reduce the dementia risk quite substantially. So, you can well put the bar a bit higher than just 80. After all, that's the average life expectancy.
