Thanks for sharing. For your wife there should be no problem to get sufficient amounts of proteins, as eggs and milk are excellent sources of all essential AAs. I use them both, too. Particularly in the evenings, when the eggs help curb the desire to eat something else. And milk, having both whey and casein proteins, provide a slow-release of AAs which keeps MPS up over night. Of the plant sources, ofu has the highest digestibility score, so that's good, too
Don't worry about the 4-5 years of procrastination. The human body has an amazing capacity to grow agai again, even at more advanced age.
