Thanks, Devsomesh, I love tandoori chicken! Good that you bring it up. Now that you have watered my mouth, I have to check with my wife, when we can have it again.
One of the drawbacks of having lived in several countries, is that, while I love it everywhere, there are some things that I have come to love in Singapore cuisine that I simply can't have here. Durian is one of those, and fried stingray is another.
