Thanks, David. The idfference between the Ozempic and Mounjaro/Zepbound is that the latter play the entire incretin orchestra, that is, not only the GLP1 but also GIP (tirzetapide). That means the effects (glucose control and weight loss), may be even a bit stronger. I haven't done a comparative review. This would require keeping both eyes wide open for possible bias (depending on who funded the study and who were the investigators). If the effects are greater, the side effects may be greater, too.
