Thanks, Danny, for your thoughts and suggestion. The study that I referenced compared two Cacao powders. Both called "Poudre Cacao Naturel" from Nestle, but one produced by Cargill and the other by Die Archer Daniels Midland. The latter delivered 100 mg epicatechin in 50 grams of powder, the former required 120 grams. Without proper labeling of flavonol content, it is a guessing game.
