I'm not sure which of the tests that I examined may represent your FOBT. If you download the spreadsheet, you can find the commercial names there. A second positive test increases the probability of ACN quite a bit, but it typically still remains below 50%. A second negative test only marginally increases the probability of the absence of ACN , but that probability is anyway quite high already (typically > 90%)
