Thanks, Carolyne, for being a fan of the ROT diet, and for your thoughts. Just look at how Ozempic has taken off. The idea of an easy quick fix is too seductive. I'm lucky that I was brought up by parents who always encouraged me to do everything the hard way, not the easy way. The reward is pride in achievement. I have the impression that most people today lack that spirit. Everything has to be easy.
