Thanks, Bob, for sharing your insights and your frustration. These good and bad labels are indeed oversimplifications, as I pointed out in an earlier post. The most convincing number is the low absolute risk effect of either. If their role was as clear-cut as the simplifications make people believe, we would see much larger effects.
