Now to your comment: I'm taking my hat off of you. Your story is simply fascinating. Not only for the medical successes you achieved with various aspects of lifestyle medicine, but also for the sheer joy of living and your determination that percolates through your story. Your HSV solution sounds ingenious, I will keep that in mind and explore the evidence base for it, as HSV is not within my area of expertise, but I often come across clients who suffer from it.
