One more thing: in order to cut down on breakfast preparation time, You could prepare all the ingredients, portion them into the 5 or 6 individual freezer bags (without the liquids). On the actual day, you simply throw the frozen parts in the blender, add the milk and other liquids and let it spin for 2-3 minutes. That should work. I add my blueberries and bananas always in the frozen state.

And I forgot to answer your question about how many servings the ingredients make: 1 (for one person). It's three cups of the size that you see in the picture.
