Not to worry, Herb. Your breakfast solution may look like the antithesis to what I suggested. But here are two reasons why it is not as contrarian as it sounds. First, your motivation to optimize your nutrient intake. You are obviously nutrition conscious, which is why your daily intake supplies sufficient nutrients AND leave out the detriemnetal sugars. Many people aren't as watchful of their diet's quality which is why I designed this "broad-spectrum" antidote. I never followed the food pyramid but have sterling blood values and no chronic condition (which is probably mostly due to the exercise routine).
Second, your preference for eggs. The latter deliver a range of valuable nutirents in concentrated form. Unfortunately, the mainstream health advisories have neglected and villified eggs for far too long.
