With your blood pressure readings I would rather expect that you may have occasional episodes of dizziness or even fainting when standing up from lying or seated position (orthostatic hypotension). It is rather common in younger women, but not men. Premenopausal women regulate blood pressure differently from men, which is why women tend to have lower blood pressures than men. That advantage is lost post-menopause.

So, no, you don't have to worry.
