No, Mike, no worries about the eggs. If you want to check your arterial health, the best way to do this is to monitor your pulse wave velocity. I have written about this in my post "Embrace Your BioAge, Abandon Your Calendar Age". There you also find the reference to the Withings scale which is currently the only consumer device to measure PWV (I am not making advertisisng for them, nor do I have any relation wiht Withings).

In that post you'll also find a link to a downloadable Excel sheet that helps you approximate your PWV.

I and many of my partners are using the Withings device, for which we have developed a bioaging algorithm. So, if you are interested, I can help you along, once you have the device.
