It's worth a try. Unless you eat a kg of it every day, you might just be fine.

But ideally, I'd check against the biomarker of vascular age (which I have explained in some of my other posts). Using the N-of-1 method you can trial-and-error yourself to optimizing those lifestyle habits that really count (because they match your genetic predisposition). It's what I call minimum viable health habits, MVHH.
