I'm happy to hear that Ozempic helps you, Giorgos. And nobody stops you from adding RS into your weight loss equation. It might be particularly helpful, if, at some point in the future, you need or want to go off Ozempic. Because going off, means putting back the weight.

With respect to the obesity epidemic, I'm an advocate for prevention. It is so much easier to prevent weight gain if you start monitoring it at a young adult age, than to reverse it once it has set in. The only problem with prevention is, that normal-weight people don't perceive their weight status as something that needs protection.
