If only I knew the answer to that million-dollar question. The problem is that longevity trials in humans would be prohibitively expensive, ethically difficult, and take very very long. So, reduction of biological age is our only reasonable surrogate, but not one that guarantees life and health expansion. But to my knowledge, there is no combination of anything with exercise that has shown "remarkable" effects on biological (vascular) age.
