I wish you the best for your discussion with your doctor. Don't be too harsh on him, he encounters his fair share of incorrigible patients who have picked up some pseudo-science. But once he knows that you have a higher degree of health literacy than most, I bet, he will be happy to work with you on alevel playing field.
