I subscribe to the idea that upbringing and education shape the perception of self. What your post has triggered in me is the question of how our (your and mine) admired Zen philosophy would actually educate children? I admit I'm totally ignorant of how Zen schools for children would operate? I don't mean that in any sarcastic way at all. I'm genuinely interested to know. How to convey the philosophy of Zen to the young mind?
