I haven’t calculated the carb content for two reasons. First, the carbs of fruits and veggies come within their food matrix, which favorably affects the speed of absorption. That is, the increase in glycemia is blunted compared to ‘fast carbs’ such as table sugars of products made from white flour.

Second, the amount of carbs in frutis and veggies is much lower than what you’d get from foods with added sugars.

If hyperglycemia is a concern, e.g. in diabetes, you might want to check your response to the smoothie by measuring your blood sugar over 30-90 minutes post consumption. Everyone reacts differently to the same food. If you find that it triggers a spike you are uncomfortable with, take the bananas out of the equation.

Though, I’m not explicitly on a ketogenic diet, try to keep my carb intake low on most days of the week. But I also want to have the nutrient benefits of fruits and veggies. A smoothie like this is in my eyes the best solution because, as I mentioned, the free carbs of fruits and veggies are reasonably low.
