I have never tried freezing them. It may affect the texture after defreezing. The content of nutrients shouldn't be affected (which of course depends on how long you intend to keep the smoothie in the freezer. As far as CKD is concerned, Iwouldn't worry about the potassium. But it might be advisable to reduce the protein content.
