I had a second thought about your idea or pre-preparing it. You could prepare all the ingredients, portion them into the 5 or 6 individual freezer bags (without the liquids). On the actual day you simply throw the frozen parts in the blender, add the milk and other liquids and let it spin for 2-3 minutes. That should work. I add my blueberries and bananas always in the frozen state.
