But I think the medical profession as a whole is genuinely motivated to serve the health of the people. The body of medical knowledge, as it emerges from clinical science, is in constant flux. Today's gospel truth may be in doubt tomorrow. Unfortunately, powerful economic interests may distort those truths to the detriment of the people.
