Hilarious!! And I'm proud of you!

When we were staying in Melbourne, I had not done strength exercise for at least two yours or so. Then one day, I decided to pick it up again and, of course overdo it. I also focuse much of the overdoing on my biceps (a lot of male vanity rests on one's "guns"). It was so bad, that the next three days, I was unable to tie my necktie, because I couldn't bend my arms enough to reach my own neck. Seriously.

To this day, I can't comprehend what my wife found so hilarious about that 🤓
